11pets set to launch 11pets: Connect project, revolutionizing veterinary communication

11pets, a pioneer in pet care technology, is excited to announce the launch of the groundbreaking 11pets: Connect project. With approved funding from the Research and Innovation Foundation, under the Programme RESTART 2016-2020, this project aims to redefine communication in veterinary clinics through innovative technology.

The vision of the RESTART 2016-2020 Programmes is to enhance but also highlight the role of the RTDI sector as a key factor in the economic development of Cyprus, contributing to addressing the key economic and social challenges in a way that will bring about the necessary conditions for achieving sustainable development.

With the funding and support from the Programme, the 11pets: Connect project has set out to enhance pet care standards globally and provide a transformative solution that benefits both veterinary clinics and pet families.

11pets: Connect is designed to enable veterinary clinics to establish structured communication and collaboration with pet families using modern web and smartphone technology. The project's objective is to save time, improve customer service, enhance efficiency, ensure data protection compliance, and increase customer loyalty and revenue for clinics.

The innovative features of 11pets: Connect include a web application accessible via any browser, seamless integration with clinic PIMS systems, and automated processes for customer interactions. The system also offers a direct communication channel, the 11pets: Cloud, ensuring efficient and secure data exchange between clinics and external entities.
